How to Register?

Step One: To begin the registration process, kindly complete the registration form located on the right-hand side.

Step Two: Once your registration form is received, our team member will get in touch with you to confirm your participation and provide any necessary additional details.

Step Three: Our Finance department will proceed to issue the invoice based on the information provided during the registration process. Should you have any specific invoicing requirements or details, please let us know, and we will accommodate your preferences to ensure a seamless experience.

About Payment

Full payment must be received within seven (7) working days upon receipt of invoice or before the event date, whichever is earlier. A letter of undertaking (LOU) with the company stamp is requested for those organizations that cannot make payment on time.

(1) BANK TRANSFER
Please refer to the invoice for bank account details, different bank account will be provided based on your payment currencies.

(2) CREDIT CARD
Please take note we are using Bank of Muscat payment link for credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Once a registration has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Registration fees are non-refundable after confirmation. However, substitute delegates are allowed. A registered participant may transfer their registration to another individual within the same company at no additional cost, provided that the event organizer is notified of the substitution in advance and all required details of the substitute delegate are submitted. By confirming registration, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and substitution policy.
