With 15+ years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors, I have led enterprise-wide initiatives in talent strategy, organizational transformation, succession planning, leadership development, performance, mobility, culture, and workforce capability.

My career began in the Government sector, serving as Director of Human Resource Development at the Information Technology Authority (ITA) and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT). I led the people agenda for major transformation programs, including the integration of organizations with more than 2,800 employees, establishing strategic pillars across Talent Development, Change Management, Culture, and Employee Engagement.

From 2022 to 2026, I served as Senior Manager – Talent Planning, Performance, Mobility & Succession at Omantel, where I modernized Agile Performance Management, strengthened succession governance, advanced career planning, enhanced internal mobility, and built integrated talent practices aligned with business priorities.

In 2026, I was appointed Senior Manager – Talent Development, leading strategic initiatives in Leadership Development, Future Skills, AI Academy, Future Jobs, Emerging Technologies, and Succession Planning to prepare the organization for the future of work.

I hold a Master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Cranfield University, with research focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resource Development. I have completed executive programs at INSEAD (Executive Finance) and London Business School (Executive Leadership), alongside certifications in Agile Change Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and ROI Methodology.

My contributions have been recognized through regional and international awards, including Woman Leader in Telecommunications (2023 & 2024), Global Mentor Recognition, and Top 20 Young Achievers in the GCC.
