Aya Medhat is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and ATD Master Trainer with over 18 years of experience in talent development, facilitation, instructional design, and performance consulting. She has worked across diverse sectors and regions, designing and delivering learning experiences for organizations in the Middle East and beyond. Aya specializes in train-the-trainer programs, experiential learning, competency-based development, facilitation capability building, and learning strategy. She has facilitated ATD programs for global and regional audiences and supports professionals preparing for ATD credentials and capability development.
