Ayman Ali Al-Shahi is the Head of Enterprise Artificial Intelligence at Oman Housing Bank, bringing together extensive experience in strategic talent management, human capital transformation, and enterprise AI. In his current role, he leads the Bank’s AI strategy, governance, adoption agenda, enterprise capability development, enterprise performance management, and workforce optimization initiatives.
