Dr. Hanan AbdulKarim

Dr. Hanan Abdulkarim, is a senior HR executive and strategic people leader with extensive experience across the Middle East. She currently serves as MENA Head of HR at SAP, where she leads regional HR strategy, talent management, workforce transformation, and inclusion initiatives aligned with business growth.

With a strong background in organisational leadership and human capital strategy, Hanan is widely recognised for her work in building inclusive, future-ready workplaces and advancing leadership capability in complex, fast-growing markets. She is a frequent speaker at regional and international forums, contributing perspectives on leadership, talent, diversity, and the evolving role of HR.

Hanan holds a PhD in Organisational psychology, MSc in Research Methods, and BA Hons in Psychology and Education and brings deep expertise in people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
