Laila Al Harthy is a certified coach (ICF), Certified Trainer (TTT & ATD), Instructional Designer (ATD) and Prosci Change Management practitioner, currently serving as Manager of Culture & Engagement at Omantel. With over nine years of experience across non-profit, finance, and telecommunications sectors, she currently leads strategic initiatives that shape culture, elevate employee engagement, and drive transformation.
Laila is known for designing impactful programs such as the Shadow Management Team and Executive Engagement initiatives. As a certified Trainer she designed and delivered more than 18 training programs on Leadership, adaptability and change. She also designs and executes company-wide campaigns and hackathons. She is passionate about building resilient, adaptive workplaces and empowering individuals to grow, lead with purpose, and create lasting impact.
