Maud Durand is a global Learning & Development leader with over 15 years’ experience shaping forward-looking learning strategies across industries such as tech, engineering, sustainability, and operations. Based in London, she currently oversees the technical learning strategy for Arup, supporting over 18,000 professionals across 58 specialist disciplines including energy, sustainability, digital, and advisory services.

She focuses on enabling organisations to anticipate and respond to evolving skills needs—through strategic learning frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable programme design. A trusted business partner to senior leaders and advocate for employees, Maud provides the guidance and tools needed to translate high-impact work into the talent capabilities companies need now and in the future.

Previously, Maud held global roles at Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and Dell, where she specialised in workforce transformation, capability building, and L&D operations at scale.
