Mona Yahya AlZaid is the General Manager of Training and Quality at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), in Saudi Arabia, brining more than 28 years of experience in training, capability building, and talent development across the public sector. Throughout her career, she has played a strategic role in shaping learning ecosystems that align with national transformation goals and elevate institutional performance.
A certified leadership assessor by Korn Ferry, Mona is also an Acc Leadership Coach by (ICF), and holds an ATD (APTD) for Talent Development. Her multidisciplinary experience including leadership development, enhancing workforce skills, knowledge, and competencies, and quality assurance in training and learning delivery and development.
At IPA, she leads the design and implementation of high-impact training programs, focusing on leadership pipelines, developing and training pre- post vocational programs workforce-development, organizational development, and strategic learning and training initiatives. She is deeply involved in evaluating and measuring training outcomes, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and national capability frameworks.
A firm believer in lifelong learning and cross-cultural dialogue. Mona holds a Master of Arts in Comparative Studies (Comparative Literature) from Washington University in St. Louis, USA. Her academic background in humanities complements her professional work, allowing her to approach leadership and development through both analytical and human-centered lenses.
