Sumaiya Al Mandhari is a forward-thinking Head of Talent and Leadership Development with over 13 years of experience in Human Resources at Petroleum Development Oman. Her work focuses on aligning talent, leadership and capability strategies with business priorities to build agile, future-ready workforces. She has led several high-impact, organization-wide initiatives, including the development of professional career pathways, the rollout of Individual Development Plans, the creation of capability heatmaps to identify critical skills gaps, and the design and launch of PDO’s Digital Competency Framework, which laid the foundation for strengthening digital capabilities across the organization.
